Founder | UX Consultant

Alice

As a UX Consultant, I work with companies to uncover customer needs, test ideas and deliver insights that shape product and service strategy. I have over 7 years’ experience in UX Research, including 5+ years working in regulated sectors such as gambling, health and finance.

I take a data-driven approach to my work, reinforcing expert opinions with research conducted with real customers. I am experienced in a wide range of research methods that I can utilise for any project.

Although I’m based in Leeds, I’m available to work remotely across the UK.

Outside of work, I’m an obsessive dog mum (see below), video game nerd and creative writing enthusiast. I live in West Yorkshire with my husband Chris and our dog Freddie.

Freddie

Freddie is a five year old Golden Retriever whose primary passions in life are cheese, tennis balls and meeting new people. He’s convinced everyone is his best friend (unless they’re a delivery person).

Freddie wears many hats at BloomUX. He enforces a strict work-life balance through daily walks and regular cuddle breaks, as well as maintaining his core duties of napping, eating snacks and barking at the postie.

If you’re lucky, Freddie might make an appearance in the background of a video call during one of his regular patrols around the house searching for attention.
